Hey you two,  just got back to the States a couple days ago, I miss SA and Cape Town a ton already!  Looking at your pictures it seems that you two are still habing a ball.  I sent an email to each of your hotmail addresses so take a look in your junk mail for them.  I hope that you two have a great christmas in that 90 degree weather try to send some of that heat up to Minnesota ;-)

Hey you two where are you? Well mummy is amoung the happy shoppers in the xmas rush. Day off today thank god i am so behind , you dont know.I have wrapped lots today already and i am off to the bank to deposit a little gift for you both.Spendit wisely my children. Not on clothes !!!! The customers are fraught and grumpy, jus cos u have sold out of e thing, got shouted at by 1 ysterday !!! Do u know i just looked at her never answered and walked away. I think it had more effect!!!! b****! On a happier note i seem to be e mailing so much, at least its quickened me up.Those stumps move !!!!! Well its 22.21pm , i'm so pleased you are laughing at my e mails. Guess they read amusing!! IT brings a little of home to u on yr travells. Thank you so much for your lovely messages, we're so glad you liked the photos! So glad you can experience some of the stuff with us. Aunty Val and Mum, your messages did make me giggle! Glad to know Char is eating you out of house and home, the way it should be!

 

Mother Stump, you are such a saddo with your blue t***! Ha ha. We don't need another box surely do we?!

 

We have had a great couple of days in Cape Town so far- seen the shark feeding at the aquarium, been up Table Mountain which was breathtaking, been to Camps Bay beach and today we went to Robben Island- where Nelson Mandella was held, truly eye opening.

 

Anwho enough about us, we want to wish everyone a very merry xmas, we're missing you all, especially in the festive season! Somehow being in the blazing sun and flip flops doesn't seem like xmas?!

Hello Melee and Steve. Sunday 17th 10.30pm and I am still awake having done an early shift, baked a pavlova, been to a party,done ironing and prepared Charlotte numerous meals.  Very impressed with all the photos & jealous of your ever increasing tan.  The children looked adorable but obviously very demanding. I liked the 5 star accommodation. Did you paint it pink?  As Stump says, a bright, crisp winter day today.  Char returned yesterday with all her baggage, I think I did spot the odd text book & have heard the word 'essay' mentioned at least once!  So far work has to be fitted in after numerous social arrangements.  She's looking well, her appetite is definitely on the up.  Matt looks good with his new short hair  - a great improvement I feel.  He's still at the Discovery Channel.  Well you must be in S.A. now, undoubtedly you will have a fab birthday, Xmas & New Year.  Apart from Xmas lunch here & then popping to see Mum & Alan, we have nothing planned and will take each day as it comes. Hope to see Russ & Stump over the hols although I gather she will be at the HOF quite a bit, which I shall encourage as I need to know of the latest bargains!! Mel on the last week of her horrid job and as yet nothing to go to, no doubt something will turn up.  Love to you both, look after each other.  xxx

Hi Melissa it's mum & russ here sunday morn midday and we were sat laughing & enjoying your lovely photos how fantastic it is to visually share this with you both the pictures are wonderful what a fab experience for you to have had the orphanage was as i expected no more no less and as rural as you described russell particularly liked the marcel dessailly what a legend sign the chicken in newspaper left a bit to be desired shall mummy send them over Minima china plates!

 

It's a beautiful day here today sun shining but cold you can see the garden from the new office window it's quite pleasant i may need to get another blue tit box put in a different position as i will be e-mailing you during the prospecting and mating season of the common garden blue tit! knew you'd laugh lets hope our annual blue t*** return.

 

Well your brother never changes i had to go out last night to keep Lynn happy but i didn't mind really so i missed the final of the X Factor i didn't mind as i thought in the quiet of the evening i could watch the repeat as russell and i were laughing at your photos he turned to me and said by the way mum Leona won the final well your brother went in to one of his fits where he cant stop laughing as my face revealed it all. I have avidly watched the X Factor for the past few weeks!!! Well nevermind i know now and so do you. I wish you could see the cats there snuggled up on the landing head to head in a large ball of cat they are so adorable everybody loves them all they do is eat all day everytime you go to the kitchen they think its dinner time.

 

Ironically they love cheap cat food unlike the persians so i can afford to open up roughly 10 tins a week and nuts. Glad the blue t*** are free everybody is well and not particularly looking forward to christmas as we dont have you to jee us up nevermind we'll have a bumper christmas at pitts 2007 lovely to see all your pictures i do seem to spend an awful long time in the office e-mailing but its great love to you both take care mum and russ xxx 

Hi you two,Well was gonna do sooooo much today but failed the old mum is tired but ok. As i said had some old familiar faces in h o f. Xmas brings them out!! The store is really busy! 

Customers are really demanding you know how they are! Guess you are not sorry about being away from the rat race of xmas. Time marches on and we are all weLL. Hope you are too. i think of you both each day and wonder if you are just loving it all. Guess Steve is very enthusiastic!! Still awaiting pictures when u can! KITTENS ARE PRETTY GOOD NOW, You will be relieved to know, can't wait for you to see them. I will get someone to send you some pics of us after xmas !! Kittens and all. Guess by now you are in S Africa... Is it cape town?? Well its the x factor final , so i need to get my front row seat !!! Sorry its very short, !!
