Hello everyone from Hong Kong!

Sorry for the delay (thanks Amy for chivvying us up!). Hong Kong is fab, fave city so far, the place is crazy. It is so fast pace and hustle and bustle. We are loving the street markets and also loving the amazing skyline. We went up Victoria Peak on the tram and overlooked the city at night which was wicked but Steve wasn't loving the heights! We are off to Disneyland tomorrow... am hoping that the Lion King show I wanna see isn't in Cantonese. We have done lots of shopping (can't pull Mel away from the handbags they're flogging here).

Still can't believe we are off to India on saturday- we're enjoying the western luxuries while they last now! Got a lovely hotel (they even provide traditional chinese slippers, Mel was sold on that!). 

 Amy- wow place in Sydney sounds awesome, can't wait to come and pay you a visit downunder. Are there any Big Prawns or anything near you?! Oh and we are not having 'too much fun' (no suitable other travelling buddy has come close to replacing you, they don't even speak our language here although they all do burp almost as good as you here!!!) he he. Has the massage course started yet?

 Cousins Lauren and Char- Loz I am losing the tan quickly so don't be jealous, it is cold and wintery here so my bag full of board shorts isn't really too practical. Glad to hear you are working hard at uni! Char- good luck in the last exam and enjoy the post exam fun, and both enjoy Loz's bday night out in Kingston! Oh and happy 21st Loz, sorry I missed it!

 Oh Mela and Loz. loving the hair extensions, Char sent me pics. Which reminds me, we will put all of the rest of the South Africa photos on at the weekend when we can get to a good pc, we have lion photos where they are 1 metre away from our car at Kruger National park, love it!!!

Hello gorgeous people how are you guys? From someones post a few down I'm assuming you've left the sunny lands of south africa? Hurry up and post something so I know whats going on! I figured i'd just bug you about it on here instead of by email.. ;)  Its still nice and sunny here in Sydney - loving it. I have a house lined up (well a small room.. but in a nice house!) so when you come (if of course my flatmates will allow..) you have a small corner to sleep in in Sydney! hope you are both well and enjoying hong kong...i bet the food is amazing!! well i am sat at my desk doing the usual procrastination and avoiding revision....don't tell mum ;) had my 1st exam yesterday. it was at 9am...very ungodly hour for me, cant remember the last time i had to be up that early, my brain was frazzled and i was knackered for the rest of the day! it seems i am not as invincible as i thought. neway, exam was not terrific despite my confidence!! it was stuff i knew about but the questions were HORRIBLY worded, the type where you're not 2 sure whats its actually asking you to do! had a real panic that lasted about 2mins cos really thought i was b*****ed!! but calmed myself down, collected my thoughts and got writing. managed to write a fair amount so lets hope some of it was relevant!!

 next exam is monday, then i have a week off b4 lectures start again. however, b4 next exam is the christening! very exciting stuff and i get to b fairy godmother, i may  very well wear wings. so going to that on the sun and wizzing straight back up the motorway for exam (at 9am again!!!) the next day. in the week b4 lectures start again i am goin to see maz in bradford so looking 4ward to that a lot! i believe she has a whole itinerary planned for a few days. then am back here and got my old sociology friends coming at the weekend so that will b brilliant too, havent seen alice for months!! then following weds am goin to kingston for night out for laurens birthday which will ba right laugh! lots of things going on to enjoy....however there is the small matter of the exam to do 1st damit....which reminds me i must revise!

Much excitement to tell you as I have now joined the 21st century as Paul has connected my sad old PC to MSN & e mail.  If I am not careful I can see I'll get hooked.

So bit brief on your description of your life - I don't think I can ever imagine what Africa is like.  As you can imagine I wizz through the boring bits about your experiences seeing the wildlife!  Why go to so much effort when you have places like Longleat!  Char back at Notts revising & seems to be worryingly confident about her exams.  Dragged Matt up the long walk today to get some exercise, we took a short cut & ended up to our ankles in mud, so washing machine currently full with our trousers & shoes.  Had a new kitchen floor today, so that's the last big job done before the garden.
