Yes Lorraine, Jenny would agree with you about Ushuaia. She loved it too when she was there. Nothing exciting here. Just catching up on the jobs after dossing since the ladies were here. Sarah is doing an interview for a job in Paypal in Dundalk next Friday so you'd never know the group from the west might grow by one more !! Wouldn't that be sweet? I suppose it depends on whether or not it's meant to be part of her journey !! If it's meant for her it won't pass her !! Continue to enjoy your travels. Talk again soon

Hi Lorraine! Got up early this morning, Sunday, to catch up with the blogs. I had missed a few days as we were at Roisin O'Dea's wedding in Straffan in Co. Kildare. The Church was lovely, old and small but intimate and the reception afterwards was in Barberstown Castle, again old but lovely. The whole wedding was very simple and Roisin looked gorgeous. Eimhin on piano together with her former school friends were the choir in the church performorning her choice of songs: 'One day Like This', 'In the Quiet", 'The Book of Love', 'To Make you Feel my Love', 'Only You', 'Forever and Ever Amen', 'Tougher than the Rest' and finally 'Waiting for a Star to Fall'-I'm guessing you know these Lorraine and that you would be interested! Needless to say, we didn't know when to go to bed and are both wrecked today! Oh, the Camembert Quartet were playing at the wedding- you know the band on the Late Late- and the music was fab so it was very lively. Lots of younger ladies at the wedding: beautiful figures and dresses! Mostly up-styles-not many hats or fascinators. I have to work a half day tomorrow but then i'm off on hols until Tuesday week. The weather forecast is awful so we have n't decided what we are doing yet. Tom is tied up in the school Mon and Tuesday (nothing changes) but I dont mind as I like to watch the Rose of Tralee and that is on mon and tues eve. We will probably arrange to go somewhere wed for a few days. We d need mam to organise it for us!!. Muireann was cruising on the Shannon with Jeffrey last week and they got a few nice days. I have n't seen her since to get the update but I imagine she will turn up today. Caroline is on the jobs trail again and has nothing secured yet, but hopefully, as in other years, something will turn up. Buenos Aires sounds like it could be my kind of place. Its hard to imagine that there is so little english in a place like that. Good to know you are enjoying it and at least, there seems to be a bit of luxury there. Eimhin was in Dingle for 3 weeks in the Gaeltacht and seems to have had a mighty time. Since then, he has been busy getting ready for roisin's wedding and Keith Mullins is bringing out a new album, so he is involved in that. But today, he has to settle down and start getting ready for his 2nd TP which he is doing in Caherlistrane NS. That's all my news at the moment. Continue to enjoy your trip and you won't feel until you will be in OZ.

Hi Lorraine ! Haven't had a chance to check the blog for a few days as I had Sally and Bernie so there was a lot of chatting to be done. They came on Thursday evening with Emma and then we met up with Sarah,Mark and Katie on Friday morning as they were all going to a wedding in Dundalk-some couple they met on their travels. They all stayed in the Fairways last night and came here around 12 this morning for a light breakfast and to meet up with Sally again for a lift home. They had to leave shortly after 2 as a friend of sarah's has to be collected off a train in Athenry later on. She is going to Tralee with Emma and Sarah and Ruth Gallery tomorrow. The poor Astra was well laden down with Sally,Bernie,Emma, Sarah and Katie plus all the luggage that came with them !!! They really enjoyed the wedding.
Sally Bernie and myself went to Carrickmacross last night for a meal which we enjoyed. We went to bed at a reasonable hour as we were wrecked from staying up until 3 the previous night. When will we ever get sense ??
I think Shell should be due home some time today. Imagine if you were at home you would be getting ready to go back to school. No more news for now. Chat again soon.
Mam
You had a great long day in Buenos aires. Sounds like a place anyone would like to visit. Pity about the english. Can,t imagine taking a tour of Kilmoylan! Enjoy it all anyway.

Just catching up this morning as I have had a busy few days. Great to have met up with folks from the home country. Delighted also to hear that you all had life jackets !!! You know how anxious I always am about the life jackets !!
Sally and Emma are due this evening and there's a possibility that Bernie might come as well. Hope she does-the more the merrier.
Will fill you in on our ramblings over the next few days.

theres always something to annoy a persons head so I suppose a toilet not flushing isn.t the worst that could happen! Hope you have an entertaining day with nice people. The west missed a lot of the storm that was due so we were lucky. The south and the east got the worst I think. I.m off to work now but what else would a person be doing! Chat soon.
Mam
Sounds like you had a good day. Great that there are a few english speakers. I,d say I would loveto see the falls but your photos is as near as I will get. Great crowds out in mullingar to welcome back John Joe. They were having something in Cusack Park. Same in Bray for Katie with firewoks last night. I think Belfast was good for the others as well. I didn,t realise there were flying teachers. I have only heard of flying doctors! Might be worth looking into. It would definitely be an experience! Enjoy today with your new comrades.

Yes I agree that little prayer was nice. I am wondering what your "beloes" are ?? Would it be beloved ones ?
Great crowd in Bray to meet Katie. Weather was sunny too which suited the mood.
In a way it seems much longer than six weeks since you left. You will be counting the days now till you meet Shane. Would love to be a fly on the wall the first night ye are together-it will be some fun !
No news as always. Talk Soon
