Hello all!!! now in thailand, got here yesterday and have done a bit of shopping already!!! Oh dear i think i will buy way too much, havent got enough room in my rucsack as it is!!

The last few days in borneo were great, it was very sad saying goodbye to all the orangutans, but we had a lovely leaving dinner and got some presents from all the rangers which was really kind of them. We had last night in Rasa Ria Hotel, but we were all so tired from the night before to enjoy anything but the comfy beds hahah!!

Got my flights to thailand ok, and met melanie at the airport in Bangkok. Its been really good seeing her and sharing lots of travelling stories! Staying on Khao San Road in a little hostel. Been to all the markets and it gets quite lively at night which is cool :-)

Tonight we are getting the overnight sleeper bus to Chang Mai, to then go trekking at 9 tomorrow morning for three days which includes bamboo rafting and elephanting trekking and homestays! Hopefully we'll get some sleep on the bus!!
