We have finally arrived in Bangkok a day later than we planned! Our flight was half an hour late boarding and therefore in total it was an hour late arriving in Bangkok. This has taken the number of hours I have been awake to 20hours!

Our guesthouse is ok, clean, secure but basic. We won't be spending much time there anyway as opposite there is a place with a really nice resteraunt where we had food tonight.

We took a walk around the surrounding area and ended up getting a tuk tuk ride! It was fun but the guy was mental and took us to the wrong place. Luckily we got talking to these two thai girls who flagged us another tuk tuk and agreed a price with him and got us to the tourist office ok.

Bangkok is really busy full of traffic and it seems really chaotic but at the same time its got a charm to it. Its exotic and different with street vendors sellng exotic dishes and little shrines and temples dotted on every corner.

It's early to be tonight as we are both really tired and tomorrow we are going to visit the grand palace and temple!
