(continued blog 17/1/10)
Monday the 4th January i started my Level 1 intructors course which i passed on the thurday. Yay. With my level 1 qualification I am allowed to teach students of ability level up to 4 and teach on the mountain. On Sunday 10th i started work for Juniors (5 - 12 year olds) where my student improved 2 levels, i got a free photo with my class on the mountain and i recieve $20 tip from a parent. woo hoo. Teaching juniors is very fun. Today I woke up at 6.30am in order to get to the gondola station for something called 'Fresh Tracks', which is where you get a huge cooked breakfast at the top of the mountain and get to ski the freshly piested slopes, which was amazing. In order to make the most of the delicious breakfast we wrapped sausages and rashers of bacon in napkins and kept them in our jacket coats for lunch. I also tested some new twin tip skis, so that i can buy some new skis in a few weeks. x
