Woke up early on Thursday morning to the sound of rain falling on the lake outside my window :) Helle & I spent the entire morning reading, chatting, pottering around, & drinking a LOT of tea! I finished "Love in the Time of Cholera" & have now started "Marching Powder", which is a really fascinating book about San Pedro prison in Bolivia (which, by the sounds of it, is really not somewhere you wanna end up unless you've got a LOT of money!

We prepared a late lunch around 2:00PM (time flies when you're lost in a good book!) & then in the afternoon, when the rain had stopped, we went for a walk through the woods to some different points overlooking the lake. When we returned, more reading & relaxing! And, of course, an afternoon nap ;) I really had to force myself to get back out of bed to make some dinner & then we capped off the evening with a couple of episodes of Breaking Bad. What a wonderful day :)
