So today we leave for the south of Thailand and going to Krabi! Can't wait to get to the beaches and start on the tan! We have absolutely loved Bangkok but will return at the end of March as we are catching our flight to NZ from here, so maybe we'll stay another couple of nights here then!

Friday night we went out with new pals from the hostel, all really friendly people! A few girls from Bristol, a couple of guys from Australia and then some guys from the UK. We went to Koh San Road which is the main road in Bangkok, its great! However, everything shut down around 2am because there were loads of police about! So maybe something happened, we are not sure!

Yesterday we went on a boat trip down the river, we didnt really know where to go and it was so humid, so a boat trip was great cause it was lovely and cool and got to see quite abit when going down the river!! It was soo cheap as well, 30 baht return, which is 60p! There were different stops you could get off at but being us we didnt really know which one to get off at, so we stayed on there until the end stop, and we found ourselves right in the middle of god knows where! There were no tourists about haha so we had a quick wonder but then hopped back on the boat!

Last night we went out again as it was our last night in Bangkok, there were loads of people in the common area and there were two different groups of us playing drinking card games, and then we merged so there was abot 20 of us playing! Was a good laugh. We then headed out to Koh San Road again, and the Canadian boys that were in the group had been to this place called 'The Club' so thats where we all went! It was an absolutely crazy night and that crazy that Cathy's phone and purse got stolen!! Bloody pick pocketers!

Anyway, we are feeling abit worse for wear to say the least today! We checked out at noon, but have chilled out in the hostel today, and have wondered about town and grabbed some Patthai! (yum!) We are heading off to Krabi in 20 minutes and don't know when we will have wifi next so updating you all to let you know we are having the time of our lives, literally living the dream and loving life! And of course we are still alive and safe!! haha love to you all and shall update you when we reach the south! BRING ON THE TAN!!
