Arrived into Cusco very early this morning! Recovering form all the travelling and the time differences! Spent last night in Lima - checked out the main square and local cuisine! No not guinea pig yet!! Will try - apparently oven baked is better than boiled (but it still has the head on of course!). Cusco is idealic and very peruvian! The temperature as we got off the plane was 28F! Yep we need more clothes!!! We have had our eyes on the local dress but need to control our buying! Off to the sacred valley tomorrow for sight seeing. Horse riding maybe on Friday and then its the big trek saturday to tuesday!
