We have just had a great weekend in the Hunter Valley. This is where we stayed in Cedar Creek. Yesterday we got up early for a half day wine tasting tour. It was quite early for wine, but we coped admirably. We went to three boutique wine producers and tasted some excellent wines. We came back for a nap and then went out for a really posh birthday dinner courtesy of Jamie and Jenny. One highlight of the trip was seeing some kangaroos, just near our cottage. We are now back in North Sydney at the apartment where we will spend the next week.
