Rotorua - Auckland

We were not looking forward to venturing back to Auckland as there is literally nothing to do but it is a must to allow us to catch our flight. So that is what we have done....literally nothing. We wandered the streets aimlessly wasting away the hours and watching the interesting array of homeless street art. One thing that we needed to do whilst here was to find a suitable place to get Matt's hair cut. By suitable we mean dirt cheap. And that is what happened....he had his hair cut for £10....it went something a little like this as Char sat and listened....

Matt: I normally have it quite short and then fade up longer and cut with scissors on top.

Korean hairdresser: Ok, I know your hair.

A few minutes later....

Matt: That's a lot shorter than I was expecting....

KH: Oh. I was thinking Zane from One Direction?

Matt: I'm really not happy with this! What happens now? You can't put it back on, you'll just have to carry on!

With Matt's new Korean Boyband look we headed out for a drink with Will, one of the kiwi ex lot who we had caught up.
