Nervous Turkey!
The last day on Langkawi has arrived. Luckily after last nights midnight snack we don't have food poisoning. YET.....
The day was started off by the sun bed lady on the beach apologising to us because our usual spot right near the water had been taken. This is a sign that we have become part of the fixtures and fittings on the beach. She promised to reserve it in future. The last day of listening to the jet skis roar and seeing the unsafe parasailing flew by in no time and when we thought about doing something it was time for our evening meal. This is another sign that we must have enjoyed the day, a simple day consisting of simple pleasures; fruit shakes, half a watermelon, music, sun and reading. It isn't just us that are doing this as we are surrounded by the same people everyday. That is just what Langkawi offers.
The last meal of Malaysia had to be Nasi Goreng Pattaya (A Thai dish that we didn't see in Thailand), this is spicy chicken fried rice, encased in an omelette and coated with sweet chili. It has been Matt's go too meal of Malaysia.
We have left printing our Vietnam visas till very last minute. As it was closed when we tried earlier, we are sat at 10pm in a little Internet cafe trying to upload photos and print out documents. It looks like we will be here for another hour too.
