The holiday seems to have gone so quickly....we've all had such a good time.

We seem to have done and seen so much in these few weeks and have hardly paused for breath. My highlights were the day I broke up...meeting up with Mum & Casey at the waterfront, going for a lovely Indian and then wondering round the zoo in the warm weather - such a lovely afternoon and a fantastic way to kick off my holiday.

Casey loved Boxing Day: arriving in Christchurch, checking in at the lovely motel, going for sushi and spending 2 or 3 hours wondering around the Botanic Gardens before checking out the city centre.

I know Mum particularly enjoyed discovering Cornwall Park, walking to the face of Franz Josef Glacier (she did really well!!! ) and the stunning cruise on Mildford Sound. And of course our Xmas Day gourmet picnic was great.

The last couple of days was a chance for Mum to wind down and relax a bit before jetting back on her Airbus.

Thanks for the lovely meal last night in Mission Bay.

Me and Casey will miss you alot, Mum. It's been great to spend some real quality time together.
