Had a fantastic time on Saturday! First of all went to a French market called La Cigale, in Parnell. Had some nice coffee and pastries.

After this we went to Kelly Tarlton's Underwater World. This was absolutely fantastic. Went on a Snowcat ride and saw the penguins close up. Saw loads of amazing fish: Stingrays, different sharks, puffer fish, scorpion fish, sea horses, and lots more colourful and interesting looking fish. This was a real highlight for me.

Came back fora rest and in the evening drove to Pakuranga for the night market. This was a large indoor market full of all varieties of Asian food and other stalls to buy things and browse. Jon treated me to a Chinese massage..this was a first for me, and it was lovely and relaxing. Casey had a plateful of green-lipped mussels and prawns...Jon had some Chinese dumplings and Tempura prawns. I had a coconut!

It was a great fun-filled and packed day.
