We got up and went to breakfast at 8.30 again. We then got dropped at the lourve by the bus. Absolutely no line so it was fabulous. I was expecting like a 3 hr wait. We came up through the bus entrance underneath though and saw later when we left the rather large line up the top through the entrance in the glass pyramid. We pretty much only looked at the Mona Lisa and venus de milo statue. It was pretty but not that special. Was definitely something you couldn't miss though. We left there and walked up the rue de rivoli which is a cheapish touristy street and got the train to a shopping centre to get a costume for the 'p' party and look at clothes. Found an awesome cheap shop too. the notre dame area and were going to go to st chapels but they were closing for an hr just as we got there so went to notre dame. It was so pretty inside it was really lovely and was built so magnificently. We went out the side then to climb to the top. There was a bit of a line and it was freezing but we got a nutella crepe from across the road and waited. It was pretty nice but wasn't as good as I expected since everyone was talking them up so much. We got on about 5 ppl before he shut the gate for what I guess was a break. Pretty lucky. It also had a million stairs on a spiral. Was pretty awesome but I almost died going up. So unfit so hopefully these walks will do me good. Was gorgeous views again and the gargoyles were impressive. we went down and went into the crypt under the ground where they put bodies at some time and went to line up for st chapels cathedral. The line was even bigger than before but Billie really wanted to go so we waited. We had been there half hour and seemed to have only moved 1/3 rd of the line. We almost left but decided to stay an ended up waitin just over an hour. The line moved so slow and it didn't really make sense why. We got in and had about a 10 minute look and left. The stained glass windows were gorgeous though. We left to head to the musee d'lor..... As Steve told us monets Waterlillies was there even though I thought it was at the national gallery. We went to the square where ppl were beheaded and stuff too. We had to go back and get changed though for our excursion dinner so caught the train and it only started raining one the final walk home from the station. The train home had a lady on it woth her own portable amp which she wheeled arpund and sang for the train and each station she got off abd moved up the train to the next carriage. There was also a man with his fly undone right at our eye level which was disturbing because he had no underwear on. We had to get ready but I tried to upload photos on the free wifi but it kept failing so that was a b*****. We went downstairs for dinner at 6.45 and bussed to the restaurant. I sat with Pete alysha Nicola Jess and Tyson and we had the choice of snails or Quiche for entree and I got quiche and salad which was awesome. We then had the choice of duck in an orange sauce (which I got) or cod fish or some beef thing. It was also pretty yum but I was so full and couldn't eat it all. The boys finished my plate though. We had free wine te whole night too. After the main we had a plate of cheese which was random but alright and then we had a really nice chocolate cheese cake kind of thing with coffee. When the waiter brought out the cake he was holding about 10 or more plates and when he gave me my coffee he gave me a trick one with the spoon through the handle and pretended to drop it. Was a good night and we then got dropped at a place next to the moulin rouge to have more drinks. It was pretty good too and they had the good pear cider the twins had back in London. I spoke to a man who was from somewhere I don't remember and he tried to teach me some french and Italian as he spoke both. He ended up kissing me but I went and danced and eventually when I wasn't getting drunk anymore went home around 2am.
