So, here we are. 9.44am, Berlin - Germany. Left Southampton at 9pm on Friday night, endured a delayed ferry crossing from Dover to Calais - delayed I might add because of some rowdy youths who thought they were gangsterz. Leon managed to get a couple of hours kip - lucky for him as when we arrived in Calais, he drove for over 7 hours - finally reaching Wolfsburg, Germany (after passing through France, Belgium and Holland) by around 1pm. So here it is, the N reg, Volkswagen Golf that will (hopefully) be getting us both from the UK, through Eastern Europe and back, in one piece. We've already take the carton to Wales and Ireland and Leon took it on a Eurotrip test run earlier this year round Spain, Andorra and France. It has served us well and will hopefully continue to do so.
