Ok people,
Sorry there has not been an update in a while but things are about to get exciting because its mine and keris turn to write!
We picked up the adventure in Bangkok were L&D were waiting for us at the airport with banners I thought it was cool Keri thought it was a touch emabarrising given hers has 'Lil bushy' written on it. I had a small issue in customs where they rejected me on account of my 'hansom' face AKA wrong documents lol.
First day in BK we went to the weekend market which was really busy/massive/super hot, we all though it was cool though. I stocked up on hats, keri looked at everything but bought nothing lol, the hostel D&L had booked was really nice.
Keri is bullying me so she is taking over let the bordom begin.
Thanks paul.
Next day we travelled to Koh Chang. It was nice and sunny and we could see more of what thailand looked like. It was going well until about mid-day when our coach began to bump around a lot, it took about an hour to fix and then we were were back on the road again. We got the ferry and got to Koh Chang. Our hotel was nice and had a bid pool with a bar in it. There were also several shops which i visited about 5 times. lol In our days in Koh Chang we also: Got a thai massage; went on an elephant trek; listened to a brilliant band which could cover any song and watched fire throwers. It did rail torentially and paul claims to have 'trench foot'. lol. We moved to another part of the island called Lonely Beach for one night. This was a very hippy area, with lots of beach huts . We stayed in a really posh hotal which had about 3 other people staying there.
We then travelled to Koh Samet and at last had some brilliant weather. Although it's supossed to be a very quiet island and is a nature reserve there were plenty of bar and restaurants and a few shops. Leo and Paul hired mopeds and dave and I hired quad bikes. They were really fun, once you got the hang of it, and no-one had any serious crashes. Leo and Paul kept there mopeds all day and toured the whole island, they saw a smake and lizards which ran on their hind legs. Today we've just been on the beach and paul and I got henna tatoos. The food here, and in Koh Chand has been really nice, especially the thai dishes whcih are really cheap as well.
Thats about it for now, paul goes home in a couple of days. We will miss him (?) :-)
Bye from Paul and Keri xx
