We are trying hard to keep you updated but there is surprisingly little internet connection in the worlds second deepest canyon so we have had to wait till arriving in Puno and the worlds highest navigable lake. So before we get onto the lake, the Colca Canyon... well there was much sweating and shivering and dust and many many boggies... the trip however was amazing. It was really nice to actually do a bit of physical exercise after many hours on various modes ...

Where the hell do we start? We are sorry to have neglected you guys but it has been a pretty manic couple of days. It is not often that in 4 days you can say you have been to an earthquake torn town, taken a boat ride to some of the worlds most ecologically dense islands, a sand buggie ride across the desert and a plane ride over an archaeological mystery but we seem to have managed it whilst still finding time for our signature pedalo ride- on a magical lagoon! ...

Just to clarify... the activity category is due to the fact that we ourselves are becoming natural wonders through the growth of something unidentifiable on our skin through lack of showerage, removage of fur from ones teeth (and tongue) and general aviation odours.
