Woke up this morning and hit the tube station to head to Victoria and then National Rail to Eastbourne the journey wasn't to bad and arrived at around 10:30am. Eastbourn is a coastal town and very very... quaint... and at least 90% of the population have walking sticks. It is like geriatric central. But a nessesary visit to see my Great Aunt.
After having a drink at her house we then head out for lunch to MR HAU'S chinese restraunt which is really nice. The Food is awsome but doesn't compare to chinese food we have.
After having a bottle of wine there we walk to the beach front where there are pensioners galore. The beaches are much to be desired and as expected are mostly rocks and pebbles as opposed to sand. It's about 21 degrees and very very windy and the crazy British population are out frollicking in the water while i'm ready to put on a jumper.
After a short stroll along the beach we head to a nice cafe` and ordered milkshakes. After a lot of catching up on family matters (Clay don't count on anything) I take to the train station for the journey back to london.
Almost fell asleep on the train, the lack of sleeping is catching up on me as i'm used to my long sleep ins. Because of this i got off one stop early at Clapham Junction as oppesed to Victoria about 6 km away. Solved this problem by catching a bus from there to Victoria but because of this mistake i know have to catch the tube in peak hour traffic which is alot of fun.
Safely back at good old Kingscross station I hit the internet cafe` trying to arange plans with Sarah to go pubbing tonight so awaiting a email for that. This brings you up to date with my current travels.
All is well here and can't wait to head out to Europe in 3 sleeps.
Signing off Lee :)
