If I didn't put it in are last journal entry Phill and I will be travelling by Greyhound Bus.  It was worth it, than going out and buying a car.  We can make stops in all the popular places and not worry about directions, gas and which side of the car to drive on. 

After a 14 hour bus ride we arrvied in Byron Bay where we stayed 4 nights. The first night we arrived we stay in a hostel. The hostel was offering a $5 dinner special for a home cooked meal, pretty good dinner deal.  For the other nights we were camping right off the beach.  The first night was rough, but after that it wasn't to bad.  One night we had rain and high winds. 

Byron Bay is a very small surfing town.  I loved the shops here and the clothes.  To bad for the one bag, but with smart packing I could get a few items. We took a hike to the easternly point in Australia and the lighthouse. Of the shore you could see dolpins and whales, but we didn't get any pictures b/c they wouldn't have turned out. We will get the pictures posted soon. 

Are next stop will be Surfer's Pardise. Alot of people have been calling it Australia's Miami. We will be checking out Irwin's Zoo and maybe an amusement park.  Hoping to get Phill on a surfboard soon.  I will propably do some snorkelling. I will not be able do any Scuba diving because you have to be certified.
