okay, so officially the internet is horrible and extremely slow in india... it took me like 20 minutes just to get to this page so i could type a message home to everyone! so i'm not gonna lie, i'm extremely jealous that i can't be at the bethel game today.... you all know how much i love football, BU football, and BU sports in general... so its really hard for me to just read the post game wrap up, but i geuss i'll have to deal right?? i know i know, i'm in india why should i be complaining, but its still something that i would like to be apart of... also the bakeries around here in darjeeling are officially the death of me... its been awful, hot cinnamon rolls for 5 rupees (about 6 cents? or so...) and doughnuts, and cakes all fresh and delicious and stinkin cheap... its bad news, theres like a bakery every other store too... its bad i expected to lose weight coming to india, not the case so far... you know its bad when you start to break out a little bit too, i may lay off for a while... looks like the pam leafblad is coming out in me! but i'm gonna have some self restraint... the same restraint that allowed me to go my whole freshman year without eating ice cream or pizza from the DC! annnnyyywayyssss india is really great! everything is so cheap! its unbelievable, the people up here in darjeeling are extremely friendly and nice... little different from kolkatta where everyone stares at you and is hounding you... but its great! we went to a catholic mission for women the other day which was great, then tommorow we're running a church service, and we've been doing all sorts of other random things as well... i expect things to really pick up when we go back to kolkatta, so right now its pretty relaxed but its a good thing for people on our team to get adjusted to india... tnoight i think we may go to a Hindi movie (you know a Bollywood classic)... i'm very well, and enjoying india to the fullest! my team has made me "minister of fun" so i decide all of the fun activities and different things that w'ere going to do on random days off or if we have some free time here and there! i'd say its a pretty fitting title! well heres the point in my blog where i begin to talk twins, becuase from the looks of it, there is a lot happening! delmon young?!?! ha thats awesome not to sure about shippin garza but i geuss i'll have to deal! things are realllly heating up down at the dome, things should really begin to start getting interesting! we'll see i geuss right? i'm excited for the new look, however its sad to see hunter (and probably santana) go... well i'm gonna walk back to our hotel now... its like a mountian trek back every stinkin time i wanna go back, its a good work out! these mountains are amazing, but sometimes they prove to be a lot of work! hope all is well at home... go royals! much love
