Which photo to upload. There were so many spectacular sights today from rain forest to the Tasmanian Sea to snow-covers mountain peaks to deep valley lakes - the range is staggering. So keeping in mind that pix appear miniaturized, I tried to include as many elements as possible: sky, Lake Hawea, mountains, red berry bush.

The temperate rain forest was note worthy because it was absolutely pristine. Some of the Matai trees were over 125 feet tall and 600 plus years old, one with over 62 varieties of species living on it. yes, I took lots of pix.

We reached Queenstown this afternoon, our hub for the next four days. We will 'spoke' out our activities from here.
