Hello! we made it! All absolutely shattered! - 6 hours ahead here. Even though we've arrived the whole travel thing doesn't feel a reality yet! We're staying in a 5* Hotel which is clean and comfortable. Ventured out onto the streets of Delhi for a wander. Delhi is the sort of place which can only be taken in bite sized chunks!! So after a short mooch around we came back for a little rest. The hassle factor isn't too bad and not as shocked as i thought i may be but this afternoon, two young girls came up to us and were demanding 'MUNEE' - they had no shoes on and followed us for quite a while. They kept grabbing our arms which was actually pretty scary! My senses have been triggered big time - we've just eaten out for just over 1 pound each but the food was so spicy despite having noodles with sweet and sour veg!! The roads here are total mayhem and the in word today has been 'easy tiger' due to crazy drivers. There seem to be no lanes here, no indicators and no mirrors so the car horn answers to everything! Think the ear plugs may come in useful tonight
