So, it's been 28hrs since we left home, and after 2 flights, 3 airports, maybe a total of 3 hours sleep in 20min intervals, too much food, not enough wine and two tired but actually very well behaved kids, we've arrived in the picturesque sleepy American town of Lafayette CA. Patrick and Vanessa's new house is stunning, and the kids are having a ball with their cousins already. Looking forward to a relaxed family dinner and a very early night.... If I know Milla we'll be up and out exploring the town by 4am xxx
