We headed to the mountain early this morning and got parked up at the top and got our stuff sorted and decided to go on the learning slope a few more times before I braved the big slope! We got to grips with what we were doing again and then headed up the chair lift to the big slope. We said we'd go down the easiest big slope but the first bit was still really steep and I must have fallen over about 15 times in the space of 100m!! I got very frustrated but Adam was great and waited for me and helped me get up. I eventually made it down to the bottom and we headed up again, I still fell quite a lot but just not as much as the first time. When we got to the bottom we headed for some lunch and a drink. When we headed back to the slope we went up the chair lift and I managed to get all the way down without falling over!! I was very impressed with myself, Adam didn't even notice that I hadn't fallen over! Adam wanted to go down the steeper slope and my legs were hurting so he went off to do that and I went to get a drink. When he'd finished we headed back to town to drop off the ski rental stuff then headed back to the camp site. We had tea and got showered and changed ready to go to Adams gig at Fitzpatricks. We had a couple of drinks and Adam wrote a set list, he said I should come and sit up on stage with him on a small buffet so he'd feel like Dan was there!! Ben, the guy who hosted the jam night came in with some friends and I somehow got roped in to playing doubles pool with them whilst Adam was playing, needless to say I was terrible!! Adam was really good and there were 3 people watching who were loving him. The woman came over to me and started chatting and invited me to sit with them. It turned out that Jacinta and her husband live in the next sort of village to Aaron and Alex in Sydney!! By the end Jacinta was up on stage with Adam singing some songs!! It was a really good night, we said we'd keep in touch when we get to Sydney! Ben wants us to go out tomorrow night for a few beers for our last night so we said we'd speak tomorrow to organise something!
