OMG IT WAS A.MA.ZING. First I rushed over to Harry potter and made stops along the way for mum. When I saw the gates I just ran, I so wanted to get there A.S.A.P so I had a picture outside the legendary Hogwarts Express then we went over to the castle, Hogwarts the school of witch craft and wizardary and I went on the ride which I found okay. I don't think mum would have liked it as she didn't go on then we looked round the shop at the end of the ride. I got a gryfindor perfect badge and an 07 top (07 because that's Harry's quidditch number) then we were going to go on the ride of the hippogriff but we thought it looked to fast and scary so we decided to queue for Ollivanders, but it is clear that the man playing Ollivander only choses 10-11 year old boys like Harry in the 1st film, which I find unfair as I would have loved to have been chosen.
After that we went wand shopping after looking at a few we asked a girl working in the shop she asked when my ed
birthday was and I said december she meant what day so I replied the 14th the she reached to the bottom a showed us quite an ugly looking wand it was like barky and it had a skull at the bottom so we put the wand back thanked the girl that helped us and walked over to the other side of the shop to where the characters wands are at fist I chose out Luna Lovegood's wand it was nice but it wasn't the wand for me. The I found professor McGonagall's wand which was good but still not the wand for me, then we looked at a few more then found Hermione's wand and I just knew that this was my wand!
Next we went onto Filch's Emporium of Confiscated Stuff which was packed you could hardly move so we went back into the wand shop picked out 9 postcards then went to the till and payed for all of the stuff
After that mum and I decided to get some lunch, so we went to the 3 BroomSticks and had a small chicken and ribs player with roast potatoes and of course we had to try butter beer (IT. WAS. LUSH.) strange taste but it was really nice all the same. Before we went into the 3 BroomSticks, we got the postcards stamped but they took forever to dry.
After lunch we went and looked at all the shops first HoneyDukes (sweet shop) where the prices were sky high and then Zonko's joke shop we didn't buy any thing from the joke shop but we bought a few bits and pieces from HoneyDukes.
Then we started to get a bit board so we posted 3 cards out of the 9 we bought because those were the only addresses we could remember, we took a few last pictures then we moved onto the other parks but we didn't do anything in them.
When we got back to our room we first played a game of cards then watched tv after that we were so tired we went to sleep. At 9.30pm
