Another long gap since the last blog. Sorry guys! I am not very good at keeping it updated! This one will be a little backdated!

So we have arrived in Sydney and its all very exciting! It is a bit strange to go from a place like Thailand that is so different to home to a place like Sydney which is so similar to home. Everyone speaks English and things look so much more familiar. Its kind of weird.
We are booked into a hostel in Wooloomooloo, a little bit of a walk from the CBD. We took a little walk down to the Harbour today and it is beautiful! We saw the Opera House and The Bridge which was amazing. You see it in everyone elses photos and in the television but you dont quite realise how amazing it is until you are there for yourself. Its all very nice and relaxed around there too.
We went on a free tour of the city this afternoon and the guy told us everything that there was to see, do, and eat in Sydney and also gave us a history lesson on Sydney. So i am still learning important things whilst I am out here! I will come back super clever! It was really interesting to hear as I didnt know any of it before.
We have also made a new friend that we are taking everywhere with us. She was looking for the free tour at the same time as us and asked if she could follow us to the place so we took her along and we have now had her with us since then. She is lovely and is in Sydney the same time as us and in the same hostel so it is quite nice to have an extra person along the way for a little bit.

We are in Sydney for a week and then off to Melbourne for a week and making our way along the Great Ocean Road on a 2 day tour and then off to Alice Springs for another 3 day tour which involves camping which should be fun!

There seems to be quite a few things to do around here so I dont think we are going to be lost for something to do. Although it is very expensice. Especially coming from such a cheap place as Thailand!! But I am sure we are going to enjoy every moment whilst we are here.
