Day 3

Everyone should be impressed. I have got 3 days with no make up or straightners!!! .....or even a hairdryer or conditioner!!

Went out last night with the main plan of finding orchard road but never actually found it!! then this morning we noticed we were on it all along haha - we're blaming the heat!! walked quite a distance and it was late by the time we realised we hadnt had food yet. Went for dinner at this pretty nice asian cuisine place. had pineapple fried rice wih cucumber and onions. Very yummy. We then came back via raffles again and Suntec City and sat on the roof top garden writting our diaries and reading. Bad idea have 4 bites now :o(

Slept a bit better last night but randomly the light came on in our room at half 4 and woke us both up. Still dont really know how, and then my bites were itching so didnt get much sleep after that. Nevermind, up bright and early today and checked out the Hostel. GOd its still very hot. White tshirts (which we both had on today)and sweat is not a good combination tends to go a bit seethro!! Went looking for Orchard Road again and felt very stupid for not spotting it last night. Then we went and ate our breakfast of leftover pringles in Singapore Management University and headed down towards Marina Bay by the Raffles Landing Site and Parliament House. Was a lovely sea breeze so we sat there a while then headed abck into town for some Lunch - Pringles are not filling!!! so we had a 3 course meal. CHicken Soup, Chicken and rice and chicken Ice cream. Na im joking it was vanilla but there was a lot of chicken! ewww and i have chocolate sauce on my top which looks a lot like poo. god hope it isnt!!

Went back along a differnet route - dont know where exactly we were so cant really write much about it part from there was a really smelly chinese market we wandered into - but anyway we ended up in Little India bought some Postcards and Pressies then headed back to the hostel. Its Thundering and Lightning now but no rain!! gunna watch Castaway now till we have to leave for our flight. got about a 15 min walk in the heat and with our massive bags to the train station to get to the airport later so were conserving our energy haha.

Flight to Brisbane at 9 tonight!! xxxxx
