Ok appologies we have been so crap at doing the blogs lately has been rather hard finding reliable computers etc. Well i think the last blog ended with us getting a night bus down from hoi an to nha trang. well we did that. We booked into a hostel in nha trang which was interesting we moved into the dorm really early to find a guy and girl laying together with him snoring and his armpit in her face ... attractive ey ! the room wasnt the best but still it was a bed so guess thats good enough just v loud with our dorm seemingly a corridor for other dorms lol Anyway we headed to the beach for about 7:30 am was beautiful but the area in general is rather touristy wouldnt like to be there over peak time, laura got stung by a jelly fish - interesting. the first day we explored the area and went for a mud bath mineral water thing at a spa on the back of some bikes that was fun then to see a temple. We booked a night bus for the next day to saigon then an island trip for the day.

The island trip was interesting we got to chill out and snorkle which was great fun, chilled out for the day and caught sum sun etc. then got a night bus down to saigon. this bus wasnt as good as the first but we learned the lesson not to sleep on the top bunk as it multiplies every single bump ... which in vietnam is rather a common and large occurance and got some sleep this time. got to saigon at about 5:30 am and checked into a hotel due to lack of sleep who decided to charge us loads to check in early ... bums but was worth it for the tv aircon shower etc. we stayed in saigon for about 4 days and as my internet is going to run out here is a list of what we managed to do ...

found a place where a L of beer is 33p and spent each night there chatting
went to lots of museums - amazing the different sides of the war you get from the top middle and bottom of vietnam
had coffee and cake mmmmm
went to the cu chi tunnels and a temple which took 28 years to build and houses 3 religions in one
went to the market and laughed at the prices they wanted to charge us then bargained to get things for vvvv little of what they asked
laura lost $120 and jen got hit by a bike - death city

we then went on a boat trip for 2 days and 1 night down the mekong to camboia and stopped in a random town for the night, went to a local place and got brought local food and our drinks by some locals who appear never to have met westerners before and just looked really happy the whole time lol

since then we have been to phnom penh and siem reap but my internet is about to die so about them later we are now in bkk and going to koh tao tomorrow night :) xxxxx
