Hello loves!
Today my roommates and I woke up early this morning to go explore Machida Japan! It was really cool to try out the train station and was only two stops passed our base which was very convenient. At machida there were tons of different shops everywhere: clothes clothes and shoes galore! It's nice to know I will never be naked or shoeless in Japan. ;) since I am a dessert natzi I saw a little kiosk that had crepes! Needless to say I was very excited to see how there crepes differ from crepes in the US result: AMAZING! I can't tell you how much their desserts beat ours back at home. After eating some lunch all of us in food comas decide to go back to our base to finish up on some posters before camp officially starts tomorrow! Very busy, but productive day!
Since I just made this blog now a lot has happened before today that I think most of you would find amusing. I'm sure all of you know I'll be working with the teens, but from 9 until noon I wi be helping out with the school age kids ages 8 to about 12. We all came up with fake names for the kids to call us and our theme was condiments so there's miss pepper miss ketchup miss relish and mine is miss tobasco (super cute right?) well my little angles decided to get very creative and call me miss TOBACCO instead. I can already tell that working with the little ones is going to be a hoot!
Hopefully I didn't bore you all to death! I am just getting my feet wet with all of this blogging I'll be doing over the next nine weeks while I'm in Japan. My first official day of work starts tomorrow I'll update with how it went soon!
Goodnight all of you lovely people! Time for some sleep!

lalalauren Tokyo was a great experience so many people and so much to see. We went to one of the main shrines which was really interesting to see the technique and rituals the local Japanese did. The school girls are adorable there they all dress in matching uniforms I got to take a picture with them. Loreta thanks so much for staying in touch and Reading my blogs Love and miss everyone xoxo
