We met Andreas at 8am after grabbing some chocolate bread and biscuits for breakfast. After our 5.30am wake up we went on our last walk, this time we saw more blue footed boobies nesting and a pair doing a courting display. There were loads of frigate birds which we had seen before but this time they had their red pouch Inflated (the blue feet and red pouch were fun to experiment with using the colour effects on my camera- photos to follow). As on all the islands there were plenty of sealions including some very cute pups and lots of lava lizards ...

We had a good nights sleep last night ready for the last full day of the cruise. After another good breakfast we went for a walk along Sombrero Chino, we saw some tiny baby sealions (which we decided sounded like goats), iguanas swimming around and loads of small lava lizards and Sally Lightfoot Crabs in the rock pools. 7am wakeup followed by pancakes and maple syrup for breakfast! There was also a generous selection of fruit, bread ham and cheese and Guayabana Fruit juice which Nathan isn't keen on. The 21st was spent on Genovesa Island between Darwin bay and El Barranco. For breakfast we were served a generous helping of bread, cheese, ham, scrambled eggs and fruit. We then took the dingy boat (Zodiac) to lava rocks to see a variety of birds and gulls. It was a 2 hour walk with blistering sun. We took 100s of pictures of the birds and saw babies - which are really cute white fluffy - some blue footed boobies and an owl. Browny had fun searching the rock poo...
