Well, reason I am in Auckland - heres the basic run down. Wasnt getting enough hours at the Cafe so decided to meet Nic and Juanita on their two week adventure in Singapore and Thailand, booked the flights CHC to Auck, Auck to Bris, Bris to Darwin, Darwin to Singapore - round about way to get there I know but every dollar saved helps so all is on track until I decide to apply for a job in Auckland when I am living in another Island - job is for an Office Manager/Events and Marketing Coordinator on the Viaduct (similar to Southbank at home) didnt think id get anywhere with it when I get a phone call the following day (Sunday and im due to leave Tuesday) so here I am decided to postpone the flights and see how we go with it ( mind you this was decided after a long and freaking out call home to mum, thanks again!) If I dont get the job will meet up with the girls on Wednesday in Thailand - let me tell you my body is screaming for some UV damage, I am getting paler by the day, maybe thats why ppl think im from England??

Am staying right in the city - they have all their shops on Queen St which runs just off Albert so feels just like home - am doing the touristy things - Sky Tower etc and am going to catch up with Monique on Saturday at Hamilton about an hour from here. Havent seen her or the family for 7 years so will be awesome!
