From Miami we drove about three hours to Key West. It was a lovely drive over many many bridges. The longest bridge is seven miles long n when u drive over it all u can see around u is water all around no land in sight. The houses along the wsy on the water r beautiful. our accommodation was fantastic n located in an excellent position. We had a ticket for a trolley tourism bus take us around n it stopped right in front of our hotel. Key West is spilt between old town n new town. The houses in Key West are so gorgeous. The weather is glorious. For lunch, we had local dishes, i had the conch chowder and ken had the coconut pink shrimp aka prawns. Ken is now really confused if we should retire Key West or the
Cayman Islands. We stopped at the most southern part of usa for a photo just like all the tourists. The sunsets across the mexican gulf n it was spectacular. This is definately a place to visit again.
