well... since i have been on the internet far too long already i will attempt to make this short.

Since my last blog i've been back to bramley and now i'm in oxford, only to head off tomorrow to hartington..

being back in Bramley was really strange... it was good to see everyone though but felt a bit like i was invading and shouldn't have been there... it was funny though because epople would walk past and smile and then do a double take because i wasn't supposed to be there but "am like part of the furniture i was told... i think i'll talke that as a compliment though! the kids had all grown up so much and there is only 1 class left now that i worked with while i was there.. mostly they looked the same but taller.. but yeah, it was great seeing everyone again.. while i was there i stayed with Annie and on the second night got to go with her husband Jamie to their local church and watch them practice bell ringing... i even got a go!That was probably the highlight of my week so far although probably not for the guy who was trying to teach me who i attemped to strangle! anyway, it was lots of fun and they sounded really pretty (except when i was having a go)..

i got the train from guildford to oxford through reading... i found the backpackers place and then after i had checked in decided to catch a bus into town. I tfound one that said "towards city centre" and jumped on paying my 80p.. but before i knew it, had gone right past town and out the otherside... guess i didn't need to catch the bus after all because as i later found out its less than a 5 minute walk from the hostel to the centre of town... but it was a good thing because i got to find this internet place.. so while i've been in oxford i've wandered around, been on a walking tour around the university, seen the bodiean library, been to the castle (which was a prison) and generally seen the sites... tomorrow i'm going to see Emily, one of the teachers from St. Cats who is now married and lives in oxford. It should be good catching up with her and then i'm heading on to the peaks district which will be beautiful...
