Nothing I can do about it, I have the Burj Khalifa stuck in my head! (see pic) Now back in Dubai after a week break in the UK to see my loved ones (some of whom didn't turn up; you know who you are....) and now back in the City of a Thousand Towers....Burj means Tower in Arabic it's also what a drunken Irishman says when he sees a group of pretty girls.
Therein lies the anomaly a Burj won't let you down and there are hundreds of them here.
Travel starts again this weekend with a visit to Oman and then Kuwait next week so stand by for some more excitement! BuYaKaSha!!
Just had an update from Ciara who has been working as an intern on a catwalk collection for London Fashion week get some of this kit she has worked on putting together with the other "slave labour" students for Mary Katrantzou. 18 hour days for 2 weeks followed by 2 all nighters 48 hours no sleep and no pay!!
