So finally a day off.....I set off to the metro at 10:00 am to do some sightseeing only to find it closed until 13:30 as it is Friday. Bummer.
So went back to apt and set up my home office (see pic) and did my expenses.Then tried to do some washing......it turns out the machine dries as well so they came out a bit wrinkly! (see pic) it will be a nightmare
to iron now I know what you girls have to put up with.....But they all clean.
Headed off at 1:30 for the Burj Khalifa (see pic) and the Dubai mall - both amazing for their siZe.... Missed lunch so came back and did a circuit in the gym and made dinner. I put a pic coz I was very pleased with the results. Roasted John Dory with lemon and tarragon butter with a cheese and chilli stuffed green pepper and asparagus nice.....

Saturday - decided to hit the beach (see pic) nice temperature watched the speedboat racing but a bit far away must try to find out when it's on next...went to gym and them stayed in to watch the Rugby ....work tomorrow and looks like I have to go to Sudan next week,
