Hi All,

Its been a few days and i thought id let you all know that i arrived safe and sound in Hong Kong.

We checked into our hostel which turned out to be a hell hole and had to get out of there as soon a possible. The only accomodation we could get was a 4* hotel due to this conference going on. Luxury for a week.

We're staying on the 14th floor and the roof is a swimming pool. The picture i picked is the view we get from out room every night.

We've decided that were going to go to the peak, the harbour when we can see the clock tower, the avenue of stars and at night a light show.

We also plan to visit one of the largest temples and of course a night market.

Kowloon is the place to be if you want to shop and by shop i mean designer clothes - so no good for other backpackers. My advice to you would be that if you ever wanted to visit Hong Kong - Stay in a hotel there pritty cheap if you pre book.
