Hey everyone I'm fine how are you? Again it's been a long time in between blog's!! As its not march its now April and this installment is probably going to be as long as the last, so get yourselves comfy with a nice cup of tea and ill begin!!

Well I left it last just before leaving Brisbane and flying to Perth. I flow to Perth on the 20/02/08 I got up nice and early to get the train to the airport. I checked in for my flight to Sydney with a connection to Perth it took all day to get to Perth I arrive at about 6pm and go the shuttle bus to the hostel where Joe was staying and working. When I arrived he was busy working on reception and didn't even notice I was there!! He dealt with two other customers before coming to me, I was stood at the desk trying so hard not to laugh!! He didn't even look up!! He just said "ill be with you in a moment!!" I just stood there waiting for him to relies it was me!! When he did he had to do a double take!! Then was like oh my god I was wondering when you'd turn up!! I couldn't stop laughing it was so funny! Joe was working all evening and in fact everyday I was staying in Perth, he was doing the 3 till 11pm shift so we didn't get up to much most evenings.

The next day 21/02/08 we went out for breakfast which was really nice then we walked to kings park, it was such a nice day the park was beautiful and the view of Perth and the river was amazing the sun was shinning it was such a beautiful day and great to get away from the rain on the east coast!!! We sat and sunbathed on the grass for a bit then walked back to the hostel ready for Joe to start work!

The next day I didn't get up to much during the day I just cooked spag bol for both of us which was really nice if I say so myself!!!

23/02/08 I started working at the hostel myself for free accommodation, I was doing housekeeping, changing beds and cleaning the bathrooms!! It helped me out a lot as I had very little money!! After work Joe and I went to town to get some trainer and shoes that I could go out in. I needed the trainer for the tour of the Nullabor and the shoes so I could get into the bars in town, no flip flops aloud!! So in the evening we ventured out for a drink but as Joe didn't work till 11pm we didn't get out till 11.30pm and by that time everyone else were drunk and we were soba so we didn't stay out long and were home by 1.30am.

The next day 24/02/08 I was working later than normal as the water was suppose to shut off so we couldn't clean till later but in the end the water didn't get shut off at all! Tipical as Joe had the day off and we where waiting for me to finish work. In the afternoon we caught the train to Freemantle a lovely town just outside Perth centre. We went to freemantle prison but did do the tour and I had no money!!! Then we went to the market which was really nice and I bought Theo's birthday present, which was a jigsaw and really nice. We then had lunch, we had fish and chips and they were amazing the nicest fish and chips id ever eaten even better than back home, sorry guys but true!! We got the train back to Perth and met up with two of Joe's mates Nicky and Emily for drinks, which was really nice Joe, had to leave to meet someone so I stayed out with Nicky and Emily and we went to the shed, a bar down the road from the hostel and got smashed!! I left around 11pm but had been drinking since 5pm so was ready for my bed, and I had to be up for work in the morning. It was a really good day I really enjoyed myself.

The 25/02/08 I hardly did anything!! I did my work and then went food shopping with Joe after that I spent most of the afternoon reading my book, I wrapped Theo's present then went to bed!

The next day 26/02/08 i had the day off work and Joe and I went to see my cousin Lucy and her baby Theo who's 1st birthday is the 12/03/08 as they were in Perth visiting her husbands parents who live out here now. Anyway we got the train to Clarkson and then I bus to Lucy's. we met in the park and then went for some food. It was great to see her and Theo, he was so big I hadn't seen him in 5 months and he'd grown so much. We spent all day at the park talking and playing, Joe left at around 1pm to get back for work and I left around 4pm it was a lovely day and so nice to see someone I know form home. When I got back I made dinner then went to bed.

The next 3 days I didn't get up to much at all, after work I just chilled out watched TV, read my book, went on the internet!! On the 29/02/08 I went to the PICA (the Perth institute of Contempary Art,) and Perth Museum which were good and a bit of a change from the hostel.

On the 01/03/08 i went to work my last day thank god!! i ended up having to clean up sick again!! i went on the internet again then got ready to laeve i packed ready for the bus in the morning. in the evening Joe and i with some of joes friends went out! i got pretty drunk and decided seen as we only got in at 4am and the bus was leaving at 6am that i wouldn't bother to go to bed!!! i rang home instead while joe was sleeping and caught up with friends. i was awake and ready for the bus at 6am!!
