So beginning of week 16 we headed back to Otres beach after Koh rong , stayed another 4 days , partied hard. Near the end of the week we tried to get to Siem Reap however due to the chinese new year everything was booked, so we headed by bus to Phnom Penh for a day. Only took about 4 hours to get to the City. Ended up seeing a few people that we had met on Koh Rong island. We made it to Cambodia and what a different the roads are so much better people so much friendlier. You would think it should be the other way round, that Cambodia should be Vietnam and Vietnam - Cambodia, as Cambodia has less money than Vietnam however the country is so much more developed than Vietnam, their infrastructure seems very good especially after what happened here and its only been less than 40 years.
