DAY 4
Traveling to New York was a long but helpful drive, catching up on sleep is always a must. After some hours of sleep, Mike our bus driver dropped us off at Central Park and we took a stroll. We didn't got throughout the whole park like some of us wanted to like the fountain in FRIENDS, but we did get to see the majority of the park. We were soon greeted by our tour guide for the day Mike, coincidence I think yes! Mike out tour guide took us around to see a little bit of New York! Our first stop was Grand Central Terminal, it was ten time better than I have ever seen from pictures and movies! We headed to the Metropolitan Museum which was very interesting but got bland sometimes. It wasn't until after we got out of the the Metropolitan Museum till I realized that we were in Gossip girl territory, the steps were right in front of my face and we were moving so fast that I couldn't get a picture on them. Mike our tour guide took us to to walk around but then the time came and we were in Times Square after we looked around at the amazing and crowded area we said our goodbyes to our awesome tour guide! We then went to have a scattered dinner mostly from food vendors! I got chicken and rice gyro and it was so good, I was surprised because it came from a carts but I would definitely get it again! After we shopped around we headed to go see our Broadway show Matilda the musical! It was such a cool show much different from the movie but it still has a similar plot. After we headed to the bus and then to our hotel to unpack our suitcases and get some sleep! I loved New York but I could not live there nor go every year, it's so different from Oklahoma too many people and not a lot of nice ones might I add. But it was the first day in New York maybe tomorrow will be different I'm hoping I'll be more used to the crowdedness! I'm very excited to the the Statue of Liberty and the 9/11 memorial but for now I'm more excited to get some sleep!
