hi everyone......

it has been a crazy last couple of days - getting over jet lag for the first day in LA then onto Vegas for 3 days..

Vegas is fab - lots of lights and cool casinos....i met some great people from the UK on my bus so we allhung out and hit as many casinos as we could in the time we had.... my fave is the Bellagio - the fountains at night just blow your mind. and we saw Oceans 11 on the tour bus to get us in the mood. it is just a non stop party town. i'm definitely getting married there.

Lost on the Roulette table though - but at least i had a go!

the 2nd day we headed oout to the grand canyon.

it's very grand!!! a helicopter ride over it gave us the best view over the noth rim and then an an observation lookout over the south rim.

then a long bus ride back to vegas and more casinos and then the next day back on the bus to LA. tomorrow - a bus tour of LA and surrounding suburbs no movie stars yet - but hopefully!

USA is crazy - everythiing is BIG - the cars the people and everything..... the food is crap - i'm dying for some veges and grilled chicken- but i don't think they would know what that is over here - subway is about the best theycan do - as at least that has a salad on it.

i will update this again when i have more time...

but at the moment i need a shower and after spenfing so much time traveklling either on a plane or a bus - i need to get my feet back on real land!
