Day two at Diamantina national park. After a slight sleep in we did our washing. Wasn't that an effort!! Took about an hour and a half to do everything we had. Today was lovely and short with only a two hour drive from Longreach to Winton. We got into Winton about 11 and had a quick look around the town and visited the waltzing Matilda centre, was really interesting. We hit Longreach today, with a lovely sunny drive from Augathella which took us about 4 & 1/2 hours. We hit more roadworks today but no where near as much as yesterday.
