just a bit of an update really as have time to spare!

supposed to leave la paz on monday but got 20 minutes outside of the city and the clutch went! ...never good! so had to get a taxi back to the city. but was actually quite good because we didn´t feel like we´d had enough time in la paz anyway. so that afternoon louise and i went on a city tour which was really interesting and we found out just how corrupt the bolivian government and police are, and then went to the valley of moon which was kind of a geologist field day...sad i know! just some pretty cool rock formations.

then yesterday a bunch of us went extreme downhill mountain biking, 64km, over 4 hours dropping just over 3000m, on a road with cliff drops bigger than thailand and somewhere else...the best my spansh translation could do. but basically loads of deaths along this gravel track with waterfalls and hair pin bends....it was amazing!!!

however...arese and wrists absolutely kill today. nice to be able to chill out today,m and truch still not fixed so getting an independent tour tomorrow to the salt flats for 3 days where we stay in a salt hotel which should be pretty cool!

so basically, not on the net again now for a few days, hope you´re all well and christmas shopping is going ok! can´t say i miss the stress but missing the hype a little!

ah well, it´s only one year eh! and i´d much rather be here...no offence!!
