Today was day one of our big hike down to the bottom of Colca Canyon and an overnight stay at the Oasis. Waking up at 2am on the bus is becoming a bit of a regular occurrence in the last week. Today was the start of our epic adventure through Peru so expectedly I barely managed to get any sleep and was up at 4am raring to go.
