It was a drizzly day as we left Aylen Lake. On the road by 9:15 am and it was 17 C. It only got to a high of 19 as we were driving and it rained on and off all the way to Glencoe.
When we got to Whitney we made a quick stop as we had to check inside the trailer. Hwy 60 was so rought that we were getting bounced around pretty good and we were worried about cupboards opening in the trailer and all of our stuff being scattered around. Of course everything was great in the trailer we were just being paranoid.
We saw absolutely no animals in Algonquin Park - what a disappointment.
Another stop in Huntsville at Tim Horton's to have some breakfast. There were tons of trilliums all around.
Propane fillup and diesel fillup in Barrie and then back on the road, arriving at Paul and Shelley's at 5:10 pm. Jacqui, Jimmy and their friend Shelby were visiting as well. It is going to be Jim's birthday on Monday so Jacquie and Shelby had made a Super Mario cake - with cupcakes. They did a great job.
