We made it to Crater of Diamonds State Park near Murfreesboro, AR. Took us almost 6 hours to drive the 228 miles from Delhi, Louisiana. It is a very pretty ark, lots of trees, new campsites for rvs. We will try our luck finding diamonds tomorrow.

We stayed an extra day in Pensacola and went to the National Naval Aviation Museum. It is the 3rd largest air museum behind the Smithsonian and Wright Patterson in Dayton Ohio which is the first largest. It does have many one of a kind planes which were salvaged from Lake Michigan where flight training was held at the start of WW2. Father's Day dining was at the Fishhouse overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Great seafood and the best cheese grits I've ever had. ...

Poverty Point Reservoir State Park is a beautiful man made lake that we found on our first trip west. It has a new RV camping area, cute houses on stilts out in the water, all the water stuff with fishing, boating, and swimming, located not too far out of Delhi so convenient to many things. It is also near Vicksburg. Nice place to layover and relax.

We left yesterday about 2pm and drove to Ocala. Felt good just to be on the road. Had a problem with the jacks when we got to the campground - the front ones would not come down using the auto leveler function. Set up manually and decided to keep going West rather than wait until Monday to have it looked at. At some point we will find a Winnebago dealer and have it checked out. Since we are still doing shakeout of Max we will probably have more on our list. ...
