We stayed an extra day in Pensacola and went to the National Naval Aviation Museum. It is the 3rd largest air museum behind the Smithsonian and Wright Patterson in Dayton Ohio which is the first largest. It does have many one of a kind planes which were salvaged from Lake Michigan where flight training was held at the start of WW2. Father's Day dining was at the Fishhouse overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Great seafood and the best cheese grits I've ever had. ...

We left yesterday about 2pm and drove to Ocala. Felt good just to be on the road. Had a problem with the jacks when we got to the campground - the front ones would not come down using the auto leveler function. Set up manually and decided to keep going West rather than wait until Monday to have it looked at. At some point we will find a Winnebago dealer and have it checked out. Since we are still doing shakeout of Max we will probably have more on our list. ...

The crunch is on. All the last minute things to do as well as finish packing the motorhome. With luck we will be done and have time to relax some tonight before heading out tomorrow morning. We head to Arkansas to dig for diamonds first. Should take about 3 days to get there. Keeping fingers crossed that we get off tomorrow.............

We leave Friday for our Sea to Shining Sea trip on our new motorhome (Max for short). Max is a 42' 2012 Itasca Ellipse with all the ameninities of home.
