Day 11 (Day 1 of Intrepid Trip)

On the 11th November was day 1 of my Intrepid Indochina encompassed trip.We were meeting at the New World Guesthouse in Bangkok at 12pm.So I packed up my bag and walked over to the hotel.I had a more chilled day, waiting to meet my group at 6pm.We then meet up and there were thirteen off us for the first stint of the trip, Cambodia.We were starting off in Bangkok travelling all across Cambodia overland for 13 days, ending up in Ho Chi Min City, Vietnam.The group was a good mixture of people, the majority of whom were a similar age, and all but two were single travelers, so a perfect group for me.4 Auzzies, 1 Canadian, and 8 Brits (1 whom lives in the states, another from NZ).We all headed out for a group dinner in a really nice fish restaurant.We had an early start at 7am, so after a quick Tiger beer it was back to the Hotel.... Cambodia here we come!!!
