John Sammons

This journal is meant to document my experiences in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. I hope to record general feelings and unique events on a daily basis. I have had a longing to work in Africa for nearly fifteen years and heavily pursued this opportunity when it presented itself. My interest in Africa is generated from a calling I have felt from our Lord. I do not know what plans he has for me, but I am hear now as his hands and feet.

I look forward to making my business experience here a success. Having a solid infrastructure can greatly enhance the ability of cities/countries to improve everyday life and meet the needs of it's people.
