After this adventurous day and a long bus-journey back, we really enjoyed our warm shower at the hotel and a nice homemade pasta down in the village of El Calafate.
When looking for a bar to have some drinks, we came across a place advertising a tango show the very same evening.
The barman confirmed, brought us some excellent Pisco Sours, and after about 10 minutes the show begun:
A traditionally dressed young couple danced various versions of the beautiful and passionate Tango. In between their performances a young but powerful local singer sang several haunting and dramatic Tango songs. We really enjoyed this performance, especially because it comes highly recommended to experience Tango whilst in Argentina and we had only briefly witnessed a street-performance in Buenos Aires.
